Design Management Course Update

Grant request is for the development of the updated Design Integration Management course.  The course  is envisioned to be Instructor led, based on the revised content of the Guides, insight from DBIA, and SME’s (Subject Matter Expert).  Notably the American Institute of Architects (AIA), working with the DBIA has expressed an interest in providing guidance and insight to the course development. The instructor led course will be a full day.  The sector specific playbooks will be presented as 60-90 minute on-line modules to supplement the full-day fundamentals course. The construction company of Hensel Phelp’s CIT (Continuous Improvement Training) department, consisting of industry educational content developers has volunteered to assume the redevelopment of the course.
